New Patients

When a patient first comes into the office there will be some intake forms that need to be filled out, unless you have already printed them off the website and filled them out. Once the paperwork is filled out we will sit down and go over the forms in detail, so that I can get a better understanding of what is going on with each patient in order to give the most accurate and specific care.

After going over the paperwork I will give each patient a health talk about chiropractic care explaining the what, why, and how it works. Education is key to the healing process. At Balanced Life Chiropractic & Wellness, the examination procedures are geared toward detection and correction of spinal misalignments, also known as vertebral subluxations.

Then we will go into the adjusting area and I will start checking the patient.  There will be a series of swipes and muscle activation tests that will be performed in order to find spinal subluxations along with static, muscle, and motion palpation.

After the patient is adjusted I will give each patient a chart of the central nervous system and we will highlight the subluxations that were found that day. From this chart doctor and patient can see how those spinal misalignments may be affecting functions of the nervous system and your overall health.  I look forward to helping you and your family achieve outrageous health and vitality.
